Born to dream and dare, CDI was launched by a Malaysian Mr Retna Thmabydurai who is an expert in an Oil & Gas Engineering which to harvest, finance and develop infrastructures projects mainly in Africa and globally. He has 35 years of industry experience having worked on a variety of senior technical and commercial roles, worldwide. Spent 30 years with ExxonMobil until retirement, and presently is a consulting petroleum engineer for Netherland Sewell & Associates, Inc. (NSAI), providing technical advisory on resource evaluation and certification, due diligence for M&A activities, and business development/marketing.
